In the first week of December, several members of our territorial foundation in Barichara gathered in Bogota for the global Shift the Power summit. We are part of a cohort of five territorial foundations spread across Colombia in the Northern Andes. The host organizer of the summit was TerritoriA -- a foundation based in Bogota that supports our network of territorial foundations.
We represent the territories of Barichara, Bogotal, Florencia, Medellin, and Putumayo. It feels so powerful for us to work together around the mobilization of resources locally in each of our communities. And it feels even more significant that we are weaving the support systems for learning together across all of the Northern Andes.
